• Cancellations are not allowed once the order is processed, packed, or shipped.

Cancellation by Yateer Creative Solution:

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Invalid or incomplete shipping information

• Payment failure

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds:

Refunds or replacements are offered only if:

• The product or service received is damaged, defective, or does not match the description provided on our platform.

• A refund request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by a clear unboxing video and photo proof.

• Return time frame will be 7 working days once the product is returned to yateer
• Refund will be Credited in 5 to 7 Working days after the product received

Non-Refundable Conditions:

• Items showing signs of use or intentional damage

• Products returned without original packaging and invoice

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

• Certain hygiene-sensitive products like disposable BBQ sets and acrylic earrings, unless damaged upon arrival

5. Approved Replacement of product will be sent by courier with in 5-7 Business Days after we receive damaged product.

• Do not return any product without prior approval from our support team.

• Approved returns must be securely packaged and shipped to the address provided by us.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
